Swarg Dwaar offers an optional monthly subscription available through the Google Play Store to provide an ad-free experience. When you subscribe, Google securely manages all payment processing. We do not collect, process, or store any of your billing, credit card, or direct payment details.
We only receive limited confirmation data from Google Play to manage your access to the ad-free version. This data includes:
- Your subscription status (active, expired, canceled).
- Subscription start and renewal dates.
- The type of subscription you have purchased.
4. Subscription, Cancellation, and Ad-Free Experience
Subscribed users enjoy the Swarg Dwaar app without third-party advertisements for a cleaner and distraction-free spiritual experience. Please note the following regarding your subscription:
- Management: Your subscription is fully managed and billed by Google.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play account settings.
- Post-Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your ad-free access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which ad displays will resume.
- Refunds: No refunds are issued by ALDRENET. All refund policies and requests are strictly governed by Google Play.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We believe in keeping your data only for as long as it is necessary. We retain your personal data and account profile only while your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
Your Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your personal data at any time. When you choose to delete your account, all of your profile data and any associated personal information are completely and permanently removed from our servers. You can initiate this deletion directly within the Application's settings or by submitting a data deletion request to our support email provided below.
6. Children's Privacy
Due to the implementation of third-party ad services, our services are not directed to or intended for children under the age of 13. We kindly request that children only use the Swarg Dwaar app under active parental guidance and supervision.
7. Third-Party Stores
This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by ALDRENET. It does not apply to the online or mobile store (e.g., Google Play Store) from which you install the Application or make payments. We are not responsible for any data collected or processed by such third-party platforms.
